I mean, TinyMCE is going to need an API key verified by their service... so you're probably not going to get anything outside of what they offer for free without paying... You can't just hack a paid API key into their database. What's your application? You can use their basic editor for free in your website, and there are tonnes of free plugins to achieve what you may want -- or use something like SummerNote, or Froala, etc etc etc there are tonnes of options for a TinyMCE-like tool for your website with lots of plugins out there. I'm just saying this kind of service isn't going to be available even if someone had paid for pro and plugins and gave you the files -- you still need to authenticate with your own API key.
