Locked unable to download freeleech torrents as my ratio is below 0.4. then how will i increase my ratio?

when I click on freeleech torrent to download it shows your ratio is below 0.4. but then how I am going to increase my ratio?
is it possible that my friend download the torrent from teamos and then he shares with me the torrent file and I upload it . will my ratio would be up?
if not. what can I do now? help.

I have downloaded one torrent and left it in super seeding mode after I downloaded it fully. but there was no upload speed(there was no limit on my upload data in torrent). I waited for the whole 2 days but nothing happened so after that I removed it.
