Again, no information provided.
I'll just say:
- your windows 7 iso lacks the usb3 drivers needed for the particular computer;
- your computer may NOT support windows 7 out of the box anyway.
Good luck.

Windows 7 Have no support for USB 3.0 best solution is to do this :
Make a bootable WINDOWS 10 USB Drive (since you have a windows 10)
Copy file "Install.wim" From your Windows 7 DVD / Iso (assuming your DVD drive letter is E ) you will find it in "E:\sources\install.wim"
and Replace the file "Install.wim" in the BOOTABLE USB flash drive.

Start installation it will look like you installing windows 10 but you will find a windows 7 installation at the end

After that install your USB 3.0 Drivers

So much misinformation tho...

There's a time consuming downside to this method, as you're using a windows 10 boot.wim - you have to actually take the time to install windows before you can find out if windows 7 actually boots up on the particular machine with the particular bios settings.
The best actual solution is to integrate the appropriate USB3/SATA AHCI and RAID/NVMe drivers into your windows 7 boot.wim and install.wim and make a bootable usb with the updated image. Then you won't have to waste time installing windows 7 just to find out if the actual windows 7 boots and is able to work with any usb ports so you can install your drivers afterwards.

if it is a newer processor amd or intel, Windows 7 is not supported...
Your statement is way too generic and very misleading. I've been installing windows 7 on various skylake/kaby lake/ryzen machines(not ryzen apu's tho, they don't boot) and it works perfectly fine, as long as you integrate the above mentioned drivers beforehand. The problem comes when the bios is not designed to properly hand the machine off to windows 7, as windows 7 and windows 8.1/10 boot up is a bit different. So basically, whenever people stop releasing drivers or make the bios absolutely incompatible with windows 7, then you'll have to outright ditch 7 and install 10.

you make no sense bro how is it time-consuming knowing he have a bootable windows 10 (iso or DVD) [ which mean no downloading], and you think working with DISM to integreate driver into both boot & install images is easier than a copy past?

once his windows 7 booted he can integrate the heck he wants

If your motherboard only has USB 3 then create a bootable Cd and boot from that, it's how we used to it :)

if it is a newer processor amd or intel, Windows 7 is not supported...

There are ways around that, so 1st he's better to get the OS running, then apply the various patches needed to "FIX" the OS ;)

you make no sense
Let me explain every single bit of it then:
Since windows vista, a windows iso consists(mainly) of a boot.wim and an install.wim: the boot.wim(specifically index 2) is the installer PE which you use to partition your drive and initialize installation; the install.wim is what the installer PE copies to your hard drive(more specifically, its contents).
Using windows 10's boot.wim to install windows 7 means you're essentially booting windows 10 first and windows 7 after. Now, since booting windows 10 is easy because all of the native support, there's no real way of knowing if the actual windows 7 will boot and/or if the usb ports will work after windows 7 boots - windows 7 does NOT support the new controllers NATIVELY, not to mention all the possible UEFI and SATA configurations baked into almost all modern UEFI BIOSes, and you're flying blind - installing an older OS through a more up-to-date PE. So, installing windows 7 through a windows 10 boot.wim doesn't do jack for you if you have no knowledge of how windows 7 works on the specific machine BEFOREHAND. This is why I don't do any more windows 7 esd images. I've done enough testing in the past 2+ years to know that you haven't.

and you think working with DISM to integreate driver into both boot & install images is easier than a copy past?
Copy-paste is the easy way. Integrating the proper drivers in the proper indexes is THE RIGHT way. If anyone is looking for an easy way to run windows 7 on modern hardware, then I'm sorry, but there's no actual easy way to do it and still be UNIVERSAL for all machines. It's why I'll be editing my tutorial on the subject when I get the time.
