from what i've seen with most isp's you're lucky to get 20 megs upload but in most cases it's under 10. i have 11 and even with my torrent client settings set to their highest i never see even a 1/2 a meg upload speed. so in my opinion it's not uncommon to have that low of a upload speed.

down is averge 3.6mb and up is about29kb average
up is capped at about 780mb that isp

carlosz, all I can see - you are new member as I am... You should have allot of new torrents if you wanna be great at uploading... The problem is - most of us have ADSL (not DSL) - ADSL meaning - Asymmetric Digital Subscriber Line
I have download speed up to 3.8 MB/sec, but upload speed up to 0,8 MB/sec... so - you have to seed at least 4-5-6 times longer then downloading. I know - our ISP-s are to blame
