Utorrent Downloading On Normal Speed

Hello guys,
I am having problem with my Utorrent downloading yesterday i reset by pc and reinstalled the apps that where removed after installing Utorrent i downloaded a torrent which had pretty much good seed/peer ratio but it was downloading the file on the normal speed (i.e 250kb/s) which is my download speed and not the torrent seed speed same was when i started downloading on my Mobile device same normal 250kb/s.
Please help me out with this is there anyway so that i can reset something for this

You're not making much sense... What's your internet speed supposed to be? Mine's 50 Mbit down and 25 Mbit up, which translates into 5.5-6 MBytes down and 2.5-3 MBytes up. Your turn.
Also, the number of seeders doesn't always determine your download speed. It also depends on how fast each of them is seeding(combined with your max download speed). Simply put, I can connect to one single seeder, but if the person can seed with like 10 MBytes/s and my connection is stable, I can easily reach my max download speed (5.5-6 MBytes/s). Ofcourse, even if I connect to 10 or 50 seeders, it won't matter much if they can't seed with more than 10-20 KBytes/s.

Ok, just try to pause your other torrents, and try to limit the D/L for a short time, just to see if this solves the problem...

you can also test you'r upload and download speed online to know you'r true up /down speed.

It might be worth noting that older versions of Utorrent do not have limitations implemented into them such as other torrent clients like bitlord that cap speeds for free users and not paid subscribers...

It works. With this action you give priority to your downloads and the speed is increased enough.
