What Torrent Clients Are Supported?

I was trying to download a Team OS Win7 torrent on my Put.io account and my seedbox (rTorrent) but downloading doesn't proceed. It remains stuck at 0.

So this led me to the question, what torrent clients does Team OS allow? And why are the above 2 not allowed?
