I'm sitting on this version of windows now:
windows 10 enterprise insider preview build 18237.rs_prerelease.180907-1621
.
This version can not be updated to the next insider version without clearing the computer.
I do not think it's worth cleaning the computer every time as it comes to a new version.
You usually want the latest version of windows.

Now there is a new version out: Windows 10 19h1 [18252.1000.180928-1410] Extend Version En-us (x64). What version of windows do you think I will upload as you can upgrade without cleaning your computer every time?
What do you think is best for temporary?

Clear you blasted PC and Install a full rtm rs4 or rs5..
Stop being so lazy and asking questions you already can answer.
