Win10 Rs5 V.1709 Build-17604

Hi im done installing this version of win10, the problem is when I go to Personalize and look for theme option, shows loading for a bit secs then suddenly close, I repeat it many times but nothing luck happens please help me on how to resolve this. Thanks !

it is the build issue not the uploader issue , rs5 1st time released so this kind of issue may occur n they will be solve its next version so don't worry about it
