I was stuck on this too and it drove me nuts!
I could access my share from android so it was not a server fault but a client fault so it had to be something with Windows 10.
I could see the smb share but not access it.
I I manually entered the share path it asked for a password and I could not use a blank or nothing.
I finally solved it with the change of one register key.

I solved the Local User account access.
For my home network, local users are not password enabled, so the solution that worked for me may not provide the security others need.
regedit> HKEY LOCAL MACHINE>SYSTEM>CURRENT CONTROL SET>SERVICES>LANMANWORKSTATION.
If the parameter AllowInsecureGuestAuth exists and the Hex value is set to 0, change the value to 1.
If not, add a DWORD32 parameter of that name and set the Hex value to 1.
Exit regedit and reboot.

What @hk9es posted will work for Samba shares. You can also access with with group policy editor if you're more comfortable there. Something I had to do for my Unix based shares to work proper @_@
If that does not solve the issue, there are some other things you can look into through registry or group policy.

I crated AllowInsecureGuestAuth and set to value as 1 under LANMANWORKSTATION
I reboot machine.So
The same problem continues.

What are flash updates? And how do we install them manually?

If u enable windows update windows will install automatically.

If u disable windows update go to microsoft catalog site , download and install manually.

if you want to be a win 10 pro rs5 then if I wait for Windows 10 Enterprise I do not know if there are any differences because win 10 pro works perfectly with rs4 last update 1803 big thanks and thank you in advance for the reply

I would say that the rs4 1803 is much more stable than the rs5 bar is with me on my computer

I was wondering in this particular edition of windows Cortana isn't there but windows search is present. Is it possible to remove cortana from regular edition of windows but preserve windows search ( i mean just like the search works in this edition, as in pro edition of windows when we remove cortana then we cant access search from that search bar, we need to use the old start menu and then the search works) i m a little confused so pardon if i went the wrong way. any1 any idea about this?

Microsoft has turned off SMB1 by default, you need to turn it on. Go to
Apps & features > (on right) programs & features > (on left) Turn windows features on or off > Scroll down to SMB1 and put a tick in the box and restart PC then it will work.
