Windows 10 Error 0x0bad0020 How To Fix It?

hi all,
today i was playing a video on Pot Player and simultaneously FireFox browser was running and only one site was loaded youtube(dot)com, for some reason i paused video and leave pc for few minutes and the blue screen appear with code 0x0bad0020, what can be the reason of this error? please help to get rid of these blue screens or i have to go back to 7 or 8.1 ? how i can fix this issue?
my laptop lenovo g50, win 10 home (upgraded by M$ from Win7) .

yeah, off course i googled for " windows 10 error 0x0bad0020" and found various links but came here to have solution with people i can trust on, some are saying to install there utility software and one i download from official site SmartPCF... but when download complete my KTS deleted this file....

Ok Ive been seeing this to much and @vdogeek since you here you get mentioned.. Dont be alarmed Man..

I constantly see comments "Have you googled or I googled and found stuff or google and help yourself..

This has to stop... What we need to see is we googled and found exactly what is requested and are going to do an upload its etc..

If its a Problem Issue solve the problem on the Thread or drop solution on their Wall or in a PM.

You overplayed yourself with downloading and installing of various kinds of stuff from a web which accumulates and causes all sorts of system conflicts, registry corruptions, and Active X errors over the time. Your problem usually happens as programs are installed and modified, or even removed continuously.
I am suggesting you make a backup of all your files and do a clean installation maybe with one of the new @tomeCar builds or download those tool you found it and make an exclusion in your Kaspersky TS.

for clean installation i have to use Windows Media Creation Tool because previously when my system was unable to start after an MS Update I tried various but system didn't accept any thing else this tool kit. also i want to install Win 10 Pro but can't. ( the problem was in 2017 ). now if i can install a clean Pro then please guide How To (or link) and the link to download media iso to create bootable usb for the purpose.
in last week (before this issue)
- i have updated all drivers with iobit driver booster
- used windows repair from tweaking(dot)com which works in safe mode.
- i am using revo uninstaller pro to uninstall things
- kts for virus/malware etc.

sorry for un clear sentence above "system didn't accept anything else this tool kit" not for tool kit the iso downloaded with this tool kit that was only the acceptable for my pc.

I've had these kinds of problems often and they have all been related to, in this order:

1.) Overclocking. It brings out the weak spots of your system! Run at default clock speed to see if the problem goes away.
2.) Video driver. Recently I had to ROLL BACK from the latest Intel I7 gpu driver on the net to the ONE MY MOTHERBOARD maker Asus recommended on their MB driver website for this specific board. If you are using in- built graphics go with the MB maker's HIGHLY TESTED drivers. This is good practice in general when problems arise.
3.) Sound card drivers. My PC is a recording studio and the wrong audio drivers will EXHIBIT THE EXACT SYMPTOMS you listed.
4.) Your chipset drivers that run your I/O, including your harddrive subsystems, are something that could also be noted.

If you can capture your BlueScreen Debug log, the final error it throws will clue you in to which driver is the culprit. But not always. Last time it indicated the audio driver, but in fact it was my video driver. I changed that and all issues went away. It can, of course, be both or a combo of things.

I AVOID auto-magic driver utils in these kinds of scenarios and put drivers back to the manufacturer recommended drivers and especially for the onboard chipset and i/o subsystems. Download them from your MB builder website but also look in their forums, because often THE NEWEST DRIVER is the BUGGIEST DRIVER.

But the IMPORTANT thing is to test in the order above otherwise you will be chasing Big Foot, a creature that isn't your real problem

@Ahmed Haroon When exactly did this error occur? Like you mentioned you left your laptop with one window open in chrome etc?
If it occurred during playing a video, check your video card driver and roll back if you updated recently?

Uninstall video driver then fix registry scan with ESET ANTIVIRUS. Reboot the computer twice, Then reinstall the latest driver with chipset driver. Hope this will fix your said issue.

as mentioned above, updated recently drivers with iobit driver booster, i didn't notice during video playing, i paused that what i was watching, leave pc for few minutes and this happened. don't know what actually the problem is. when searched, also some mentioned about Sound and/or Video drivers cause this error. when i go through Device Manager and try to update, it says drivers are up to date for both Sound and Video.

Well normally updating drivers causes this problem. If you created a restore point before updating drivers. Now is the right time to use it. I'd hope you did that. Or otherwise. Try rolling back all drivers to their previous version one by one. And whenever you r issue solved with a specific driver. That is the one which caused this issue. You can then update all other drivers and leave this one alone. Also IMHO I don't think its really necessary to update your drivers unless you really have an issue with a specific hardware!

as I have already mentioned, earlier I had problem with MS Update then my pc didn't even boot and I re-installed win 10 but download ISO's didn't worked but when run Media Creation Tool and download from MS, burn usb and it worked fine. but problem is it Home.
if I want to have win 10 pro from here @The Rain or @tomeCar released then how I can install them? I have no idea, if anybody help me to get a working win 10 pro i will be much grateful.

Oh come on... Find a win 10 pro and burn iso using rufus... set bios boot priority to usb and click save and then install .... save files first and do a complete install when you get to that point
