these are things that must not be removed for Windows to function properly

follow the steps from the user releaseman, this should also work with other languages i guess. However, i do not give any guarantee that it will work.

I can't install greek or any other keyboard.

you can do if u use lite plus os from oprekin.....oprekin allows users who wants to use their os on their local language..

depend on the specific software requriments that you want to use is the answer yes.
Android Studio Requriments :

• Microsoft Windows 7/8/10 (32-bit or 64-bit)
• 3 GB RAM minimum, 8 GB RAM recommended (plus 1 GB for the Android Emulator)
• 2 GB of available disk space minimum, 4 GB recommended (500 MB for IDE plus 1.5 GB for Android SDK and emulator system image)
• 1280 x 800 minimum screen resolution.

Requirements for XAMPP :
There is no mininum requirement, If Windows runs (or Linux) Xampp will run as well. If you decide to use Linux, you may use old hardware (like Pentium 2 or older), 128MB RAM will be sufficient and a 20GB HD will be big enough

However i would recommend you to try it in an virtual machine environment first!!

12.5 - 13.5 GB is the space that the windows version takes on your storage after the installation, the iso is just 1.1GB .
