This is not related to the current Windows version. You have a problem in your system. Try to change the auto-login user, or investigate further for trojans and other things, which tend to mangle with the default windows set-up

Sory, my mistake. Only folders that are already on Desktop (Medicines etc.) are in C:\Users\public\Desktop, if I create a new folder it is on location C:\Users\User\Desktop
