Windows 10 Pro No Sound Via Output(only Hdmi)

Hello guys.

I'm experiencing an kinda weird problem here.
I was used to use Razer Surround on my PC for having 5.1 surround(virtualy) on my low budget Earphones.
After I uninstalled Razer surround I had the problem that my Computer only can detect HDMI as Sound on Playback devices and not having sound at all from my Motherboard's Input.
***(If I plug my Jack cable to my Tv Monitor I have sound but not in the best quality)***
It also not detecting my microphone on recording devices.

I'm running the latest Windows 10 Pro that Rain uploaded on this site most recently and may the WinUpdater downloaded automatically some drivers for audio that are bad :/ (This is my guess)
Anyone can help me to go through this?

Try getting the correct drivers direct from nvidia, because it appears that you might not have the right driver installed.

It's possible you might have a device problem. Has it worked with previous installs or is this your first install?

Also it would help more if you posted more info about your device, IE specs and etc...

The Device is working if I plug the cable in the Monitor's output because I think my PC is using my HDMI as output on monitor and monitor output is working like Speaker Output and having bad quality of sound.
It was working before in previous Windows Version and stuff (I don't even remember which Windows version it was only it was Win10 Pro 64 bit and 2016 july if I remember well).
My Device is an old DAEWOO Stereo System that Im using as Amplifier to my old Sharp 200w Surround Speakers and connecting them with an RCA to Jack cable.(They are working perfectly if I put the jack cable to my phone and use YouTube and stuff)

Try SAM Drivers 18.10 latest released by @The Rain to install audio and try will work as i experienced ,hours in service center then he said just update ur audio drivers.uninstall and mount SAM drivers

Let us know if @Gollapudi's suggestion works for you, because I'm still thinking that it's a driver issue.

Me too.
I'm still waiting the SAM Drivers to download (I was pausing it for Restarts trying different solutions but still nothing)

Shall I use again DWS Lite to Undo the setting I asked to Disable Windows Updates and let it scan for updates ?
Is is safe for this version of Windows Rain provided us?

It shouldn't hurt it and it's up to you, but Windows 10 almost always downloads an older version of the needed driver... at least in my experience it does.
Since you are downloading SamDrivers, I would try that first.

Yes Im in 89% (Downloading on 5mbp/s) we will find out soon(I beg this to work because playing music from YT App on my phone is kinda bad quality )

Well I've downloaded and runned the program Autorun and then DriverPack Solution 17 but still my sound is not working and still only HDMI is appearing

Problem Solved.
As the Asus technical support girl told me my Chipset Driver wasn't able to detect the changes (I think this is how she said it) so I had to reset my BIOS.
1)Turned off the PC.
2)Removed 24pin .
3)Waited 30sec.
4)Removed battery.
5)Waited another 30sec.
6)Re-plugged battery and 24pin and started the system (it may bug after the Reset Bios screen I forced restart)
