I have a slight issue, probably from my end. I have a laptop and I am unable to change screen brightness. I will be looking into finding out myself however if someone can point out my stupidity in the mean time, please do lol.

Are you asking in desktop context menu or drives menu ,use easy context menu 1.6 or winaero tweaker to remove unwanted items list

I tried powershell but powershell is missing..

Why i need it?

the first PowerShell is removed but easy to put back.
after you do not need. the store for your drivers used Drivers Easy, it uses Microsoft drivers
