Locked Windows 7 32bits latest release with full drivers SATA AHCI USB 3.0/3.1

Hello. need to install Windows 7 Ultimate 32 bits on a Laptop HP 240 G7.

I tried to install it but it does not detect my Hard Drive...

Can you help me with an ISO latest version and SATA drivers compability and USB?

I only want to install Windows 7 Ultimate 32bits with latest updates on my new laptop HP 240 G7

I downloaded some *.ISO's but when im trying to install each version on this laptop i get an error because installer can not find my Hard Disk. And this is because the iso does not have sata ahci drivers loaded... And also need drivers fro USB 3.0/3.1 for ports recognizion on the installer.

I had a similar issue with a 32bit windows a few months ago, what worked for me was taking out the HD and formatting it from another computer using NTFS since it had a few partitions that were causing the problem.
i did this by using a usb cable with an external HD case. This might work for you give it a try. or try option #2


Option #2 - it could also be that you might need to change the boot option from your bios to Legacy instead of UEFI., but then you could just download the UEFI windows 7 from here and create a USB with rufus to boot.

to get to your bios on this model press F10 or ESC one should work on your keyboard when starting, once in the bios with he cursor move to boot section press enter. change your setting from secure boot and UEFI to legacy save the changes you did, restart and boot from your usb.

For the os installer not seeing the drive, I'm at loss for words... is the hard drive broken or sata cable disconnected??? I've had a dell workstation that I tried to install windows onto a pci-e intel 900p drive that the installer saw the drive and did the install, but the bios wouldn't let the system boot off that drive... but I could see the drive and still force an install... So like I said, at a loss of words...

As to the matter of formatting a drive, every single windows os installer has the ability to format the drive... During the beginning when it gives you a choice you must choose custom install from there you will have the ability to select which drive you want...

And if it is a drive that has been formatted you can delete all partitions from the intended drive you wish to install the operating system on... pay attention to drive letter and delete all partitions till the disk is is just blank, you don't need to format it either just select it and click next
