If you have the original activation code for windows 7 then use GPT/uefi.
If you are going to use the Medicines to activate windows 7 then use MBR and turn off secure boot in bios when booting up. .
As for windows 8 and 10 I have no clue.

1st of all the iso didnt made by mafiass , he is a retagger , he stole other works so i never suggest you to go with their stuff , if u are getting all here , and i knew who can did this kind of this so just respect his work
2nd thing is the issue isnt in install.wim or in iso the issue is in license term , u have to try remove the ei cfg and then try it cause it is not matching with edition , u need a separate edition of it

Bro i have already tested without ei.cfg but nothing Changed.also cheked with Adguard's ei.cfg but not working.i m wondering that only Adguard's iso working perfect.now m just waitng for your Aio with those Editions.Thnx again
