this work for me. start up search for windows features on or off. when dialog comes pop-up look for internet explorer then check it and click OK. if you see already check, unchecked it and click OK.

1. when torrent client notifies after completion of download leave without removing it from client then it starts seeding which will increase ur uploaded data stats.
2. Speed of upload purely depends on leechers as well as & ur ISP that connect to you through your torrent client.If no one is downloading the file u are seeding no upload speed will be seen.
you are having a ratio of 0.71

ANd one more question. Is the green torrent link stats realtime?
I mean this "32.9 KB, 547, Size: 835.1 MB, Seeders: 26, Leechers: 0, Completed: 264"
So if there is 0 leecher my i will not upload anything right?

1.Yes,real-time
2.yes, you cannot upload anything but u earn bonus points which u can redeem to get upload data like 120 bonus points=1GB upload data.But dont remove torrent ,at some time leechers will see & download by connecting to ur client.
