:ds:Thank you very much for taking into account the Spanish language.
Could you make a Lite for machines with few resources? It would be great.

Why not

Torrent is all for now and dont request other links please

I don't know why people are not happy with torrents, they are generally faster once enough are seeding, and they provide an opportunity for us to help the members here by seeding, so I don't feel so 'passive'..

I'm trying this build because I have an Intel DQ45CB board that always shows an error about 1/3 of the way in when installing from USB. I'm assuming it is a driver error that breaks the USB connection because installing the same build from a DVD works fine. It's hard to tell exactly where the problem lies, so I keep trying various builds hoping that it is fixed

All W7's seem to have the same trouble on this mainboard, even a vanilla SP1 with no updates. Vista installs ok and so does Linux. Haven't tried W8.1 yet.

Sorry about the DP above, the board is really sticking for me and the edit function isn't working on that post for some reason.

Have you got any more details? all I can see there is some general stuff about USB. This is specific to a certain point about 1/3 of the way into the W7 install process, everything is fine until then, so it doesn't seem like a general problem, it seems like a W7 driver problem. Other OS's install fine from USB.

I've updated the bios to the latest one, I haven't tried removing the battery and resetting it though so I suppose that's worth a shot.

I've found the fix. It seems if you disable 'Core Multiplexing Technology' in the bios it installs ok. On starting it turns out that that only two (of the four) cores are being used, but if it is turned back on in the bios then they all get used. Strange that this only happens with USB installing and not from Disk.

What is Snappy Driver? I've never really had a driver problem whilst installing but this sounds like it might be useful.

I'll have a look a this. I've usually avoided such things in the past as they can insert unwanted software into your system but if it's recommended on here then it must be ok. Did you say that it can be used during the install, or even pre-install?

Not strictly relevent to the topic, but I'm just going to report my conclusions regarding the DQ45CB board in case anyone has the same issue (there seem to be a lot around ATM):

It turns out that 64bit Win7 will install from USB, but only if the image is small. A 1Gb build will install ok, but when trying to install a 3Gb+ build it fails to find files at some point and halts. Still seems to be a driver issue as Vista installs ok, so if I could find a way to insert older drivers into the ISO (and update them once installed) I might have solved this
It looks like this was always a problematic board - it had 26 bios updates in the space of three years - and that is before considering the Mysterious AMT functions
