I am not sure! What laptop supports only Windows 8.1? If you install new drivers Windows 10 should work! I do not know, never heard for such kind of hardware/laptop

I have a friend with a laptop that does not officially support Windows 10

If You Can't Find Your Official Drivers To Some Os
This not necessary Means That You Can't Run This Os .
