I have a blue screen after waking up from standby - "Internel Power Error". Also occurs with the "Singularity" release. No problems with your obsidian LTSB or other LTSC release.

Google it! There are solutions online!
Sorry, it is on your side! It can be connected with hardware, BSOD, drivers and Microsoft hibernation issue!
What other LTSC releases? LTSB is different! That issue occurs if I am not wrong last year with the release of 1809!

How did you download all mentioned builds if your status show only 304 KB downloaded? Answer: Only if you have multiple accounts!

Go to C:\Window and search for the AeroGlass folder! But I think this version does not have AeroGlass integrated (it would be automatically enabled on the first login)!
It is a stripped version without any app installed as the name suggested!

I must say, Ive been using this OS for a while now and it has been excellent. I have installed it on chromebook laptops - works like a dream, on a win 10 tablet pc (Chinese 'Jumper' brand) - works perfectly and reliably - the only OS that has been reliable through multiple updates (including the factory supplied version). Am really very impressed.
