running this, quite happy. Issues i encounter from things that are disabled:

-Finding drivers for my PC online
-webcam doesn't work (connected?)
-Phone Link App is disabled in group policy - but can't be re-enabled even through policy editor or regedit. How do i turn it back on?
-windows key not working on my keyboard

Loving the build apart from these tho, first time i was willing to try windows 11.

Yes you can, WU are working

update; figured out the webcam and the windows key.
I enabled sleep but it doesn't always wake up properly.
