On our homepage it says that you must seed all your torrents for at least 72 hours.
The same rule is also on the "Site Introduction and Rules" page. Everyone has been directed to that page.

According to our tracker, you have not seeded all your downloads for 3 days so you have Hit & Run warnings.
If you have too many Hit & Runs then you automatically lose your download rights.
Look at your profile here

All you have to do to fix this problem is to seed your Hit&Run torrents longer or zap those torrents.

If you really have deleted or lost ALL your downloaded files then buy VIP status.
It is the only option left for you.

If you still any of the data files then you can download the .torrent files again.
