You can use it with another antivirus program, because this is an ad blocking software and malicious code, Adguard is not specialized software to kill viruses. I also use Translate here.

Thank you so much, but I have a problem. My Adguard cannot block ads on "phimmedia.tv" site (only this site) and missing assistant button. I had reinstall but nothing change.
