I'm not sure what the issue is but the silent install didn't work. So I tried it manually using the info provided. I wasn't ever able to find a screen to enter a serial number as shown in the video. Therefore the Medicines didn't accept the REQUEST field input to generate an ACTIVATION code. Anyone else having this issue? I'm running Win10 with all of the most current updates available.

probably you have done something wrong, did you follow the instructions?
there is no Medicines inside the folder where did you found it?
its a repack version, disable you antivirus and run the .exe file
remove any previous install you had with revo or similar and try as said

I agree with @Jerry_Xristos also remember to deactivate your antivirus during the installation and then place everything in exclusion at the end
