Thanks for sharing. It mostly worked for me, but with one hitch: Acrobat Pro DC.

I first installed the following programs on my desktop PC with Windows 10 latest build:

Acrobat Pro
Audition
InDesign
PhotoShop

MediaEncoder

Everything wors fine. The only issue is: all other programs are 64-bit, while Acrobat Pro is 32-bit. I said, I could live with that.

Then I tried installing the same programs on my laptop, also Windows 10, but slightly older build. Again, all the other programs installed fine and no prolbems. However, when I tried Acrobat Rro, I got the message: Adobe Administator is missing or corrupt; download and install it from Adobe website.

I tried the link. It took me to downloading Creative Crowd. I did download and install it. Now, the program runs, but shows "07 days lieft in trial". I unistalled Acrobat Pro and re-installed it. Same effect. All I can do is, I suppose, hope that it'd work beyond the 7 days.

Anything else I could try?

If both of your windows machines are on Windows 10 and the only difference is one version is older. Are you in a position to update the laptops' OS? If that's the only outlier, seems to be a straight forward way to check.

Unfortunately with that Creative Crowd nonsense, it may actually affect all the adobe products installed on that laptop (it essentially calls him to verify credentials/SN of the software) and might want to consider doing a fresh OS install with latest updates to get around that.

Acrobat Pro DC is only 32bit. Adobe for some reason has refused to update it to 64bit architecture. I'm sure they must have some valid reasons as everything else as far as I know, with Adbobe is in 64bit by 2020.
