Thank you very much, I tried running the installer but as the others mention I cannot run the exe, I wil try the solution of extracting the files, see if it works. Thanks for sharing and the help

Try "run as administrator".

Yeah I tried that and also see that the Icon has the badge for admin rights, also tried running exe in compatibility mode, extracted iso to folder and also try using the folder from the desktop itself. Will keep trying to get it working, what I love about this particular one is that it's in multi language not just english/russian.... will let you know if I can get it working. Any ideas are always welcome
