Locked After installing Mac OS {High Sierra}, Only getting "Prohibitory" signal on white screen.

Have been having issues with a Mac Mini (PC User here). Ended up going into recovery and trying to install Catalina from High Sierra using Dosdude1's Patcher. Didn't work. Tried going back to High Sierra, but now only getting Prohibitory Symbol on White Screen.

That means you're missing critical boot files... AKA, your installation back down to High Sierra didn't quite work how you had hoped. I'd wipe clean and start fresh -- however you do that on a mac. You'll need to find some installation media and not just some patcher.
