Agisoft Metashape (formerly PhotoScan) is a stand-alone software product that performs photogrammetric processing of digital images and generates 3D spatial data to be used in GIS applications, cultural heritage documentation, and visual effects production as well as for indirect measurements of objects of various scales.

data is there, its just segmented.
Extract the xfms2 (series)zip files into a folder
then copy all the rar files for the above folders in to a separate folder
Eg. xfms.202a.rar,xfms202a.r00,xfms202a.r01.... till... xfms202a.r09.
after that just extract xfms.202a.rar, rest all are part files of the main archive.
Voila, you'll get the executable and Medicines.
