I do not understand what is the problem you have to download it. It has been downloaded 894 times and there are currently 42 seeders (not 13).

Inside RAR you have the folder XF-2021 and inside this the folder X-Force2021_64bit which is where the Medicines is located.

I've uninstalled Anti virus and turn off windows security. Ran the Medicines as admin, placed it in the same folder as autoCAD(though may not be required).

but when i clicked on Medicines, it shows "You Need To Apply Medicines When Licenses Screen Appears" and hence unable to activate.

On my other PC it activated fine, so I know what are the proper steps.

Any idea how to fix the Medicines?

If it activated fine on the other PC, consider that it is a problem on your side.
I honestly don't know what issue it may be to help you.
I hope you can solve.

8. Block all Autodesk applications with firewall.

Perhaps you have forgotten point 8, if you have the app blocked by the firewall and you do not update it, it is very difficult for it to deactivate itself.
I would recommend you start everything from the beginning, deleting all the registry keys and folders using Revo Uninstaller Pro or Iobit.

ahh damn i missed that step. i followed the instructions in the txt file that was included with the rest of the package (that step was not mentioned..)
thanks for the assistance, i shall give that a go. hopefully doesn't take 5 hrs to fix like mentioned in original post

i removed everything as suggested using revo pro, including all the scanned and found registry items and then reinstalled following instructions closely. as i got to the licensing part though it told me it found a valid license on my system and has proceeded to just use that again. not sure if this will work or not as i haven't actually re-entered any new license info. seems to be ok at the moment.. time will tell i guess

Revo has 3 types of scan: safe, moderate and advanced, I always use advanced, delay more but it removes everything.
It is also convenient that Revo is installed before installing the app that way it saves all changes and records that app made.
Hope this can help you understand why old license was not removed.

yeh i did the advanced scan. wanted to try ensure that i removed everything so made sure i did advanced scan. still didn't remove the old license info though

I should have deleted it, maybe you had some residual folder in C:\Users\your-user\AppData.
But the point is that it works and if it is working everything is fine.
