I think not. Try Google to be sure.

Looking into it, it does work for Vegas Pro! The 7Z File contains "Sapphire_Adobe,7z" & "Sapphire_OFX.7z". Vegas supports OFX plugin, therefore it is the one to use with Vegas (or other editing software that supports OFX plugin) and it does work.
