VMDK FILE FOR MAC OS CATALINA

First of all Mac Os cant run on virtual box. To my knowledge, It can only be done in Vmware due to the advanced hardware support VMWare has especially on graphics acceleration which is what MacOS needs. Second, if you cant run Vmware, I doubt you can run MacOS in general as it needs a LOT of CPU horsepower and ram to run even natively let alone virtualized. And even if you manage to run MacOS, you won't be able to have apps running inside the Virtual machine.

As for the ready-made Virtual Machine with MacOS preinstalled, it will be released here when it's ready and tested as a TeamOS exclusive (hype starts building).
