Locked Change / Edit Account Banner

Hi, we're trying to change our banner picture in our Account. The Edit Banner function does not show under our Signature nor Avatar (which
we can change easily) in the Account Details section. Using Search we came up with no results. Probably a link somewhere in the forum we're
missing? Probably so, but we're having a blonde moment right now and and help would be appreciated. Thank you --AA

If you wish to remove i can do it for you but can't change it
