Master PDF Editor is a straightforward application for working with PDF documents equipped with powerful multi-purpose functionality. The app offers an easy to use option for correcting small typos and protecting documents against unauthorized access. With Master PDF Editor user can quickly view, create and modify PDF documents by merging several files into one or splitting a source document into multiple files, and also to comment, sign and encrypt PDF files. Code Industry's Master PDF Editor is a popular editing tool that displays the document in a way that is much closer to the printed version.
Optical character recognition allows the ability to search for text fast and efficiently, as well as to edit scanned documents and documents containing images. The editing with the program is simple: Instead of first converting the file to another format, Master PDF Editor loads it directly into a viewer. The process is much quicker than importing into one of the office programs, in which editing is done in the vector graphics component. Master PDF Editor is more like a word processor or desktop publishing software, as the structure of the main window reflects. The toolbars below the menus offer similar functions to those applications.
Master PDF Editor distinguishes between different document editing tools.
1. Edit Document lets the user modify parts of the document, such as lines of text, images, or interactive elements. Double-clicking one of these objects pops up a dialog;
2. Edit Text lets a user change the aspect of the writing, such as fonts, colors, and attributes;
3. Hand Tool supports moving pages, open links, and select text passages which lets a user highlight parts of the text then edit.
To correct spelling mistakes, double-click the appropriate line or word and edit the text. Furthermore, with Master PDF Editor user can modify the current font for selected areas. The typical aspects of a font (bold, italic, and the combination of both) are set using the lower of the two toolbars. A user can adjust the current font size and the color, configure the stroke and shape of the text. The current version only lets a user change the fonts for entire lines if they are located in a box and this limitation will be removed in a further release.
Master PDF Editor lets user extract images or even insert new ones quickly and easily with options to change the image size using handles on the frame. It significantly improves the quality, and the resulting file is more compact than converting with ImageMagick.
