Locked Country blocked IP during registeration

I have couple of friends in Egypt who tried to register but they couldn't as it says it was detected as automated spam behavior or something like that and it was their first time visiting the website.
I'm guessing it is a country ban? or a bug?

Just food for thought: You logged from an Egyptian ISP, using Egyptian IPs and you are here obviously since you are posting... If we blocked the entire country, how come you and many others from the wonderful land of the Pharaos can log and use this site? Rhetorical question

There are several reasons as to why the site scripts might not give access to people some of which can be a not approved mail provider, or use of a mail/IP that is marked as spam (see the relevance to the message they got?), etc and of course, we keep those reasons and techniques a secret so people cant circumvent them. Blocking a country is not one of them.

Only a Super Admin can answer if they choose so. Give them some time and see what they will say.

Are you sure that these "friends" are not you trying to make a new account because you have a bad ratio?

Are the banned users AhmedGamalCPA1 and mfpstmp your "friends" too?

Ill say this has nothing to do with forum bugs and issues. Nothing..
With that said stop trying to circumvent the system by making fake duplicate accounts only to torrent once again.
