Very easy to fix / Medicines software just as You write in Install Note "Copy & Replace ". Tested and work perfect.

Did I mess up something or is the Medicines patched? My version is up to date than what was in the screenshot (5.7.0) and has Speed Limited on it.

I am not 100% what You asked but if you are ruining other updated version then one which is in torrent then fix /Medicines i believe will not work.if that is the your question then :

You need to delete / uninstall software and install it again ,when You finish installation do not run it close the application and then right click on Driver Easy icon on desktop then choose properties and then Open file location and copy two item from download folder named fix and copy and replace it. that is it .
I have installed this softver and successfully using them on two separate machine so definitely issue is on Your side .Good luck
