You have problems with all of your discs or just this? If all your discs have this problem maybe it's a security setting or driver problem. All my optical drives worked without any special drivers but who knows! It is a lite/slim version of Windows? It's the disc in UDF format? You can try another file manager, ex Total Commander. And ultimately you can reburn the disc if possible.

Check is it session closed! When You burn DVD, especially on another computer/device, You need to close session to make that DVD readable!

Some dvd data dvd is deferent Such as ps3, ps4 dvd are not showing in windows I think you are inserting this kind of dvd in drive
Please before questioning describe full specifications of problem .....

I recommend Nero Express, a very old friend of mine, never dissapointed. When I made some discs with "Track at once" and open session hadn't read problems. However, I prefer "Disc at once" and slow speed. I made also dvd's with Windows, copy - paste - burn, no problems. I recommend good media, ex Verbatim. God, didn't write a disc for years, probabily my next computer will not have an optical drive like most of today's machines.

Hmm, I Think There is a Problem with This Purpose For This Version of Windows 10, Because When we Used newer version or older version we found all things well, BTW Have a Look on ur profile PMs

If your DVD didn't recognized by Windows 10, something went wrong when you burned it into DVD..
