Can someone please tell me how you are getting these files without all the malware? Please? I've gotten some good stuff but most of it I would never run on my main computer because most of it is full of someone's malware. How are you all getting it? Many of these links go to other sites loaded with malware! And all these little one line comments are starting to look phony, well they do look phony.

I saved all the data on an 8TB external HDD with this software. Recommend it to everyone. Took really long to scan, almost 10 days, yet it recovered everything.

Can you tell me how you did this? Anything over 2 TB I get a memory error and it crashes every time. I have 16gb RAM but it fills up in about 5 seconds and then crashes.

I just scanned the HDD that had problems, which took a week or so. Then I got a list of everything on it and everything was there. The reconstruction also took a long time. You seem to have a memory leak problem. When an app doesn't work like it should, I always try compatibility mode (Windows 7) and set it to run as admin. If a reinstall doesn't work, I would recommend trying an earlier version of the app, which should be available on the site. Good luck!
