Locked Electricity or water reading app or software

I try again to find an app that can read and calculate and print out a bill for water or electricity meters.
Been trying everywhere without any luck.
Is there anyone who can point me in the right direction i would be grateful.

a 3rd party app you can put on your mobile phone. There's many more hits to choose from as well. Good Luck!

Maybe i was not clear in the head when i posted.I mean if im a person working for the water company and im out reading meters and i want to input the reading and generate a new bill for the costumer on spot with an app or software.Hope it will clear up any confusions on what im looking for.

Why on earth you want to create a bill? If you are a meter reader, then ok. If not, then this sounds really shady to me. Sounds like you want people to pay you and they get ripped off.

if u use basic mathematics u can calculate using ur phone calculator, also if u want u can create ur own script / app (very basic programming skills required) also many electricity company provides online bill calculator u can check those

Needs job a water company or electric company. They furnish little hand held devise.. Then quite after 2 months..
