USB Network Gate is a software solution that enables individuals to connect to any USB device location on a remote computer, as well as share their device with others. With USB Network Gate user get to efficiently share multiple USB devices over Ethernet and connect to them on remote machines as if the devices were physically plugged into the computers regardless of the location or distance between them.
Comprehensive user guides are available online and thus, it is safe to say the both power and novice users can easily learn how to handle USB Network Gate without facing any difficulties. As stated above, it is possible to view all the USB drives connected to user's computer as a list in the main window, along with their type. It is also possible to share them with just a click of the button and configure a few settings pertaining to it, such as authorization password, description, type of connection (encrypted or not), and incoming port.
In the second tab, it is possible to view all the USB devices shared with user and connect to them with ease, as well as enable an RDP automatic connection. User can also add new servers to connect to, by simply inputting its IP or hostname. The activity log can be saved to a custom location using a LOG format or copy the data to the Clipboard. In order to properly use this tool, it has to be installed on both machines.
