not sure im in the right thread however, my ESET Endpoint Security 9.1.2057.0 is not updating modules, it appears there is an update to the apps platform, little help please ?

I guys... my previous feedback was about failed modules update. That was tested in another pc which worked for a while.
But in my personal PC (which I've been using not so much) with a Windows 11 X-Lite from FBConan (22621.457), it's been activated since 1st september with no problems at all!!! I really don't understand.

It's ESET Endpoint Security 9.1.2057.0 and valid until 18/04/2028

Sorry guys. It worked for sometime but today it failed on this machine too. "Modules failed to update". I guess it's time to search for another solution. Any good AV/antimalware suite security suggestions?!?!?

People want different things from their app so do your own research.

For proper tests of AV apps, this is my go-to site. Look for the real world tests.

TL;DR If you can't be bothered to do your own research and you want a free app then get Avast or AVG.

thank you for your time replying.
I'm an advanced user a looong time ago so, I always do my own research but I also like to know other's opinions, different perspectives and such. Since this stuff is always changing I assume that someone else could be more enlightened than me.
In the last decade I've chosen specially KIS, ESET Smart Security... I know Bitdefender is excellent but I always have difficulties to find a Bitdefender's suite (AV+antimalware+firewall) from a good source. I'm talking about a "free" version, of course
Thanks anyway. I'll keep searching.

PS: i'm also in sear for another "free" product I would like to implement in an enterprise environment. And it's not easy to find one which I can install a server manager for centrally deployment of endpoints by GPO, etc.
