Thanks Man. I am having a complex problem now. I finally downloaded the software and set up.
However, as soon as connect/ on the protection, it tops my internet/ wifi connection. and 2nd problem is that, it shows 5 day trial. I didn't see the reset button that should have been there as it was a Medicines version.
