I installed the Pro but never activated.
I installed and tested this and works fine no need of Pro.

I never used this don't even know if I need it? Id ask how it works for people but I'm sure the response would be try it LOL. I have a brand new PC with the AMD Radeon Software. So here I go anyway, How does this work for you guys? And are you using new PCs or older? Cause a lot of these effects programs work best with older PCs to help the sound out but I don't know..?

My PC is very old without many possibilities and the program works fine.
Why not to work with a new PC? Of course there are programs that are not compatible with new PCs but this one is not old.
Also nowadays there is variety of last updated programs you can use to improve sound.
You said " I never used this don't even know if I need it " if your sound is good you don't need any program.

1. Make a clean installation of FxSound (recommended). If you already have the
program installed, then delete the following file:

C:\Users\<YOUR_USER_NAME>\AppData\Roaming\FxSound\FxSound.secure

2. Once installed, close the program in case of have been started. Always check
that the program is not minimized in the system tray.

3. Copy the provided DLL according to your OS platform (x86/x64) to the folder
where you installed the program, next to "FxSound.exe".

4. Start the program. In the welcome screen click "Login here" and then enter
any email you want (it doesn't have to be real). Finally, click on "Submit".

5. Done. You can check your license status in "Settings" -> "Account".
