Locked graphics driver update error

pls help i have problem with my pc updating my graphics driver

If its exactly what i understand you cannot update your drivers to latest version.. i would suggest use DDU Display Driver Uninstaller & completely uninstall the current drivers with this tool & than download a fresh copy of drivers from the manufacturers website for your particular model & you should be good to go ..

Since you're using an ATI card - look for AMD Cleanup Utility on your friend Google. Then go to the AMD website and download the AMD autodetect utility and let it automatically install the proper drivers for you. It's an old card, so it should have no problem.
