There are steps:
1- Prepare a windows 10 untouched
2- you have to modify some dlls in theboot.wim
3- you have to use programs like winreducer to make modifications in the install.wim / boot.wim
4- use audit mode to make all ur customisations
5- use sysprep with a copyprofile.xml
6- capture your image using dism++
That's all
P.S. I am thinking of making a detailed tut for all these steps. However, real life struggles prevent me right now. Maybe later, I will do it.
