Description:
The basis of this build was the minimally loaded edition of Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC 2021. Plus, I had an extra hand in optimizing the final product. Spyware modules, auto-update, User Account Control, Windows Defender have been disabled, the classic Start and Desktop gadgets have been returned, the installation of third-party themes has been unlocked, the OS interface has been optimized, and so on. At the same time, nothing is cut out of the system! The settings I set can be easily redrawn at your request or even return the system to its original state to all edits.
All modifications:
- The build is based on Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC distributions hosted on VSS (formerly MSDN) on November 17, 2021.
- The \sources\sxs folder has been removed from the installation media because the packages located in it are preinstalled in the OS.
- The System Recovery Service, which runs from the installation media, integrates the Microsoft Diagnostics and Recovery Toolset (MSDaRT) 10 module, which significantly expands the possibilities for resuscitation of the system.
- The system is installed immediately with Russian and English language packs. The choice of language during installation only affects which language will be the primary language. So after the installation is complete, you can easily change the interface language using standard OS tools without downloading additional files.
Integrated Applications:
- The KB5008212 and KB5007289 updates have been installed, updating the OS version as of the build release date.
- The .NET Framework 3.5 package is installed.
- DirectX 9.0c package installed.
- Microsoft Visual C++ 2005-2008-2010-2012-2013-2019-2022 Redistributable Package Hybrid is installed (installs Microsoft Visual C++ 2005, 2008, 2010, 2012, 2013 and 2022 Redistributable Package of the latest versions. To avoid duplicate installation by various applications of earlier versions and redirect programs that need these library packages to fresh versions, the installation of obsolete versions is blocked by stubs).
- StartIsBack++ 2.9.17 is installed (adds the classic Start menu).
- Installed the application 8GadgetPack 34.0, (adds the ability to use desktop gadgets).
- Installed ultraUXThemePatcher 4.3.1, (adds the ability to install third-party Windows skins).
- Added O&O ShutUp10++ utility 1.9.1426, (adds the ability to switch hidden settings of Windows 10. Shortcut "O&O ShutUp10++" is available in the "Start" menu).
- Added Defender Control 2.0 utility, (adds the ability to disable Windows Defender. The "Defender Control" shortcut is available in the "Start" menu).
- Added Windows Update MiniTool utility from 20.12.2016, (adds the ability to more flexible control over the download and installation of updates. the shortcut "Windows Update MiniTool" is available in the "Start" menu).
- Integrated libraries necessary for decoding Dolby Digital (AC-3) files.
- Integrated software modules necessary for decoding VP9 and AV1 files.
- The System Recovery Service (WinRE) mechanism integrated into the system itself has been rebuilt by me based on the updated system files. Plus, the Microsoft Diagnostics and Recovery Toolset (MSDaRT) 10 module is integrated into it, which significantly expands the possibilities for resuscitation of the system.

Additionally involved tweaks:
- User Account Control (UAC) disabled.
- Windows Defender is disabled.
- Security Center notifications are disabled.
- Disabled anti-meltdown and Spectre (KB4056892) fix.
- Enabled "Insecure guest inputs" option for SMB 2.0 protocol, allowing you to exchange data over a local network with NAS and other peripherals.
- NumLock enabled.
- The "Windows (Light)" theme is involved.
- The headers of the windows have changed the background. In the active window it is blue, in the inactive pale blue.
- Vertical scroll bars, which opened only by hovering the cursor, are now constantly wide.
- When you start File Explorer, "This PC" opens, not "Quick Access".
- Hidden in the "This PC" menu in File Explorer are: Videos, Documents, Downloads, Pictures, Music, Surround Items, Desktop.
- The menu and the "Quick Access" panel in File Explorer block the display of frequently used folders.
- In the context menu of folders and disks (with the Shift key pressed) the item "Open command window" has been added.
- In the context menu of files and folders added the items "Copy to folder..." and "Move to folder...".
- "Device Manager" has been added to the "This PC" context menu.
- "Control Panel" has been added to the "Start" context menu.
- In the Start context menu, the PowerShell option has been replaced with Command Prompt.

- Microsoft Edge disables the first-run window. Plus, unnecessary background processes have been stopped.
- Added the ability to select the program "View photos" to view pictures.
- On a system installed in BIOS Legacy mode, the functionality of the boot menu is restored by pressing the F8 key. The boot menu for F8 is displayed in text mode.
- In the boot menu for F8, the "Last successful configuration (optional)" item has been restored.
Important Note: You can use the WinStore.exe on desktop to install Windows Store.
This is a short video tutorial made by me to show how to use and configure Wallpaper engine. I am so sorry because there is no voice although I intended the video to contain my own explanation with voice. I put the Mic in the wrong slot in my PC case
