Sorry to be the bringer of bad news but if you haven't got backups of the affected files then they are probably gone forever.
Most ransomware infections cannot be decrypted.

I'm sure that you will get lots of suggestions here but you will be very lucky if any of them work.
Read other posts in this forum about recovering from ransomware. Lots of recovery methods were suggested but I do not remember seeing a report of a successful recovery.

In the past, SiteWizard has suggested that these sites might be useful
  • http://id-ransomware.malwarehunterteam.com
  • http://decrypter.emsisoft.com
You can try them and, if the encryption used in your case is weak, you might get your files back.

Cyler wrote this detailed post about ransomware which you should read

Whatever anti-virus app you have, it obviously hasn't worked. Therefore, whether or not you manage to recover your files, I suggest that you reformat your HDD or SSD and do a clean installation of Windows.
You should also reformat any drive, internal or external, that shows signs of the ransomware.
Then install a reputable anti-virus app and be more careful about what you do online.

I would try this but everything depends if the decryption tool supports the extension your PC is infected.
You may need to try more tools but the better would be if you had a backup in external disk. The backup saved me one time.

If you want to pass something privately to or from yohanju then ask the staff to act as go-betweens.

Unfortunately, I have read these types of help request threads repeatedly since I came here.
99% have no solution, we always recommend the same or that you search for Google.
No one is exempt from getting infected with ransomware, but the best solution is PREVENTION, having important data backups and testing potentially dangerous software or software from unknown sources on VM.
It is not consolation, but at least knowing how to proceed in the future.
Best of luck.

No need to be sorry. I'm just trying to protect you from yourself.

As registered members, neither you or @yohanju can start a private conversation.
If @yohanju wants to pass something to you privately then they can ask me, or any other staff member, to do it for them. We will start the necessary private conversations.
Likewise, staff will be happy to pass things privately from you to @yohanju.
Just leave a short message on a staff member's profile to get things started.

Have you noticed how many of these so-called virus removal guides are conveniently written just in time for you to find them?
Beware!

Dont know and didnt check others, but in this case, there is a good reason for articles written almost the same day as when our friend caught this ransomware.
chrome_uQ3hyuUxgC.jpg

There are only a handful and current guides (4 pages only for Google, at the time this was written) because the ransomware is brand new. Those "guides" are copy-paste of older ones with new images only, but clicking generates $$$ :p

Back to the topic:
If you had internet on when you got the ransomware and/or you don't know very well of things like shadow copies etc, I would suggest either contacting a person who does know and stop trying or you may lose your files. If companies with millions of dollars could not get their files back.. that tells a lot. Store the files (only the ones that got encrypted) and hope in the future there will be a decrypting tool to use. Clean your PC (I would suggest format) and be careful of what you download. Always backup your most important files.

Nothing else to be done really and I'm sorry this happened to you. Wish there was a better answer.

Next time, use Malwarebytes 3.5.1.2522. It keeps its lifetime status

@yohanju This will go on and on. You can Google for answers and try, or you can wipe clean and install new. Good luck. Thanks to all who commented here. This is done now.
