Locked help me Fix utorrent

1)how can I upload more? with utorrent, in my case it is showing some error
2) is there an torrent client which can be used for uploading at a faster rate, I mean is there any torrent client better than utorrent which can be used for seeding purpose
3) how can I fix the issue ( given in the sceenshot)

Thats a very vague question but it depends more on if PEOPLE ARE DOWNLOADING that file from you or not. In utorrent go to settings and set your download speed to 70 percent of your max, and set your upload to 30 percent of your max speed. Then download and it should seed. I did better when I Switched over to QBITTORRENT, much better in my opinion and speeds were always better.

Exit shutdown client and shutdown modem and pc for a few minutes..

I would click on Options/set up guide/ and run tests.... sounds like a problem with your bandwith... try it who knows

And, try to set Utorrent like this...

it looks like you need to forward port on your router, you aren't an active node. Google how to do that.

Thankyou all, my problem got resolved
Special thnx to @TheMacGyver my error symbol, disappeared. And also to @vdogeek for the advice for change in settings, now my rate of upload has started.
Thnx to you all, you have again helped me fixing my problem.
