Look at the arrows in the screenshot.
The 1rst is when the torrent added the 2nd is the real seeding time.
The 72 hrs are the 1rst or the 2nd? If they are the 1rst you need to seed more.

I know how to seed, and I didn`t stop seeding after download it you can see
it is added on 12.07.2021 and I not stop torrents to seed for several days! Something is wrong with your system!
If I have to honest I don`t care about this hit & runs, but why should it appear when I am still seeding torrents???
