hey there, someone help me to understand, how moderators inserting picture in my computer properties in windows 7 left panel, i cant go through this point in modifying. help me out please​

What you see when you right-click on My PC and select About, is part of the OEM info which by using Regedit can be found at
\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\OEMInformation

Whatever you set there will show up when you select about, including the OEM logo which is the small image you see. If the key is missing, make a key named Logo and then set the path of the BMP image.

Additionally, there are programs like

Forgive me but your answer refers to something else and not with the request of @mdalikhan
What @Cyler has said its correct of course but if I may suggest another solution, go to C:\Windows\System32\OEMLogo.bmp take the ownership of the specific image and change it with one your prefer and restart your PC [check for the size and the format of the image before you replace it]

If thats the case you can change it inside the OEM folder by replacing the OEMLogo.bmp with the one you want

PS: You can do that only if you have install a custom theme but you have to modify it first
