Another new find is w32uires.dll in which you can change text of setup in this dll's strings
I found this

110    Copying installation files
4517    Getting files ready for installation
4518    Installing features
4519    Installing updates
4520    Installing features and updates
4521    Finishing up

Oh and everyone at this stage clearly knows that first 2 strings are inversed by microsoft and are left like that. ?

I have already known it. I can change the whole boot screens and windows. You need to change in other locations. However, that needs much time indeed. Great share.

Nice Tutorial and I would like to add for image editting tips for transparency and all:
1) When editting pics use Pixelformer developed by Qualbyte Software to enable transparency in bitmaps.
2) When exporting bmp file use option [A8:R8:G8:B8 (32 bpp)]
Just check out the image below

Just wanna add resource bitmap number 517 is the image which we see behind time, language and keyboard selection.

If you only need to change "Windows Names", use "DISM" tool. Its provided by Microsoft and works well, but it requires one to have patience, persistance, time and interest. everything else than these, I would say to them !>GoodLuck, Skimming it all<!. ?

You might be using photoshop or gimp, just open the file on mspaint save it from there and try again that might help.

Because you have done it all wrong, as it says at the tutorial, go to boot.wim, you have to mount it of course and then go to sourses folder and to the following
1) background.bmp, replace it with your image but first you have to take the ownership of the image
2) spwizimg.dll take the ownership of the file and open it with resourse tuner, replace the images 516 and 517 and save the file. Replace it in the boot.wim
3) Go to windows folder (inside boot.wim) > system 32 and find setup.bmp and replace with the same image as background.bmp

Save/umount boot.wim

Of course you have to replace the background_cli.bmp inside the iso folder with the same image as above
